**Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Wisdom Tooth Extraction, Communication Failures, and Follow-Up Care** I came to your office as a referral, with my first visit taking place in July. My wisdom tooth extraction was scheduled approximately one month later. When I arrived for the procedure, the staff clearly informed me that the **right-side wisdom tooth** was going to be removed. However, when the oral surgeon arrived, she stated that she was going to remove the **left-side wisdom tooth**. I immediately explained that I had been told the right side was scheduled for extraction. She then left to speak with other staff members. I was later told that the **left wisdom tooth had been approved** and was asked whether I wanted to proceed. Based on that information, I agreed. During the procedure, the oral surgeon initially worked on the right side, including the upper and lower right areas, before proceeding with the extraction. I experienced significant pain during the procedure. When she reached the left side, she was nearly finished extracting the wisdom tooth when she realized that the tooth was positioned against a nerve. I had a 10:30 AM appointment, and by 12:30 PM, I still hadn't seen the dentist. The most frustrating part was the front desk's constant lying. At 11:30 AM, I asked how much longer it would be, and they said there were 3 people ahead of me. I decided to wait. At 12:00 PM, I asked again, and the receptionist looked me in the eye and said, "You are the next one." Immediately after that, I watched FOUR other people being called in before me. None of them were me. This office has zero respect for patients' time and absolutely no integrity in how they manage their schedule. They will keep you sitting there with false promises just so you won't leave. If you don't want to be lied to and waste your entire day, DO NOT COME HERE.

I had an excellent experience at Secret River Dental. Emran, the RDA, was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. . The front desk ladies Lupe and Bella also kind, welcoming, and helped make the check-in and scheduling process quick and easy. The entire team worked together to provide great care, and I felt well taken care of myself . Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

I went in for a consultation at Secret River Dental and they were so friendly. Place is very clean. One lady named Kristina was very nice and talked me through everything and telling me what next steps I have to take. She was so sweet. Everyone was so friendly and consultation went smoothly and in a timely manner. I give them 5 stars. I truly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough great things about this office and their entire team. My dad had to undergo a procedure with their oral surgeon and had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment. From the very first phone call to schedule his consultation all the way through the procedure and follow-up, they made the entire process as easy and comfortable as possible for him. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dad felt supported every step of the way. Seeing how nervous he was beforehand, it meant so much to our family to watch how compassionate and attentive they were with him. I also want to give a special shoutout to the office manager, Kristina. She was our main point of contact throughout the process and went above and beyond to help coordinate everything. On the day of my dad’s procedure, she was there personally supporting him and making sure he felt comfortable, which meant so much to us. The level of care, professionalism, and communication truly exceeded our expectations. I’m so grateful we found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work. They genuine
